Technical Support
We offer free service warranty to our buyer depends on the model of copier they purchased. After the warranty, we assure of lifetime technical support to our clients by extending help in resolving copier problem and trouble they encountered. What CopierOnLine and Chosen1copy offers is the ability to provide real-time technical assistance. We provide our assistance through on-site servicing, via phone or mobile calls / text and through online chatting or e-mail, with our highly recommended technical specialist.
We offer two kinds of after sales service:
- HOME SERVICE - our technical team will trouble shoot or repair cutomer's copier at thier place.
- IN-HOUSE SERVICE - the customer will bring thier copier in our service center with cheaper sevice charge.
Sales Support
CopierOnLine and Chosen1copy has a sales support executives that could assist potentia clients in choosing the right machine that would best suit thier budget and needs. We want our customers to get real-value-for-money that is why, we don't want you to spend more than what they need. We recommend only the most affordable and reliable machine that are guaranteed to satisfy thier needs.
Delivery and Shipment
We offer free delivery within Metro Manila only. Delivery cost will be charged for provincial deliveries. Shipping will also be arranged through LBC, 2GO, AP CARGO, PAMBATO, GOTHONG AND OTHER TRUCKING SERVICES.
